Door products company, Roto Frank Window and Door Technology, recently unveiled a new concealed turn restrictor for aluminum doors, which limits the door opening to 125 degrees, preventing potential damage to furniture, walls, and hinges. The company’s showcase at Munich-based trade fair BAU 2025 highlighted doors catering to different security requirements and designs.
The restrictor, part of the Roto Solid product range, features a damped end step and is fully integrated into the door. It is suitable for leaves with a width between 31.5 to 55 inches and can also be retrofitted. Additionally, Roto Solid B butt hinges, a popular choice for aluminum doors, were showcased at BAU 2025.
Roto’s showcase at BAU highlighted doors catering to different security requirements and designs. The Roto Safe C | C600 cylinder-operated multi-point lock features up to four additional locking points alongside the main lock. The lock ensures enhanced security with just one turn of the key and features a sound-absorbing whisper latch.
Other notable products showcased by Roto include the Roto Safe A | Tandeo mechanical-automatic multi-point lock and the standard lever-operated espagnolette. The espagnolette features an integrated mishandling device, is compatible with extensions for all standard locking patterns, and is corrosion-resistant and secure.
