K Raheja Corp, a leading real estate conglomerate, hosted ‘Wheels of Kindness’, an employee initiative under its ‘Time Off for Volunteering Policy’. Employees assembled and donated wheelchairs to Cheshire Homes, an NGO supporting individuals with disabilities, according to a press release.
Designed in collaboration with Korelate Learning, the initiative brought together employees from various departments. Over 30 volunteers assembled 7 wheelchairs in 4 hours, fostering teamwork and enhancing employee engagement.
