The Bartlett School of Architecture at University College London (UCL) has announced a new partnership with Iris Ceramica Group, a global leader in high-end ceramic materials for architecture, design, and furniture. This three-year collaboration will support innovative research projects exploring how architecture and design can promote equity and resilience in the built environment.
The partnership will fund the Just Environments Incubator, which focuses on spatial and climate justice, and contribute to the Justice Lexicon, an online platform promoting equity-driven language and dialogue in design education and practice. Iris Ceramica Group will also share its expertise in sustainable production, aligning with The Bartlett School of Architecture’s mission to lead architectural innovation with social and environmental responsibility.
