Pidilite industry-based tile adhesive brand Roff launched its new manufacturing facility in Jadcherla, near Hyderabad recently. This facility will be key to meeting the growing demands for high quality tile adhesive products in Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and Northeastern Karnataka markets.
Bharat Puri, Managing Director , Pidilite Industries, said, “We have observed a steady increase in demand for premium, specialized products in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana markets. Our Jadcherla project aligns with our vision to modernize and transform tile and stone fixing in India. Our goal is to provide consumers with superior adhesives and to bring manufacturing closer to the markets.”
Aligned with Pidilite Industries’ sustainability goals, the facility operates as a zero-waste plant and runs on 80% solar power, setting new standards for eco-friendly manufacturing in the construction chemicals sector.
Equipped with advanced automation, the plant ensures high precision, consistency, quality, and efficiency in production. Its strategic location will enhance supply chain efficiency, catering to the increasing demand for specialized, high-quality tile adhesive products.
As a greenfield project, the Jadcherla facility offers ample scope for future expansion, aligning with Pidilite’s long-term growth strategy. The inauguration event, attended by over 350 dealers and users, showcased the state-of-the-art technology and sustainable practices of this facility.
