Focus Lighting and Fixtures’ stock price surged 5% to Rs 85.72 after the company announced that it has received multiple orders worth Rs 9.11 crore from various entities.
The company secured three orders: Rs 2.12 crore from Lightalive Solutions, Rs 5.71 crore from Avid AV Technologies, and Rs 1.27 crore from Marwadi Educare Foundation. These contracts involve the supply of lighting and fixtures, with completion timelines ranging from six months to two years.
The company clarified that these contracts do not fall under related party transactions and that neither the promoter, promoter group, nor any group companies have any interest in the awarding entities.
Focus Lighting & Fixtures is a manufacturer and dealer of LED lighting, fixtures, and lighting solutions. In FY24, the company’s consolidated net profit jumped 69.2% to Rs 39.18 crore, with revenue from operations increasing 32.8% to Rs 223.81 crore.
