Khadi Prakritik paints, which use cow dung as a “significant” ingredient, have been certified for their quality and eco-friendly attributes by the National Test House (NTH), the Union Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution said on Sunday. In a statement, the ministry’s Department of Consumer Affairs said, “Khadi Prakritik paints are devoid of heavy metals..”The paints also “mark the significant utilisation of cow dung as a raw material, contributing to environmental cleanliness ”, the statement said. Philips Hue’s next smart bedside lamp will reportedly be called the “Twilight.” The lamp will feature two buttons on top for power, scene selection, and sleep automation, and it also has LEDs in the back that will feature a sunrise or sunset effect, according to HueBlog.com.
