UK architect RSHP ( Rogers Stirk Harbour and Partners) and Tongji Architectural Design Group are selected to design the second phase of the Zhongyuan International Convention Centre and Hotel in Zhengzhou, the capital of China’s Henan province after winning a  design competition for the same.
