Dallas-based global architecture and design firm Corgan has opened an office in Bellevue, marking its first presence in the Pacific Northwest. The new office, located on the 18th floor of the Skyline Tower, will serve as a hub for Corgan’s projects in the region, including a renovation project for Seattle-Tacoma International Airport’s parking garage.
Corgan has over 1,100 employees globally and posted 2024 global revenues exceeding $510 million. The firm works with clients in various sectors, including aviation, transportation, data centers, education, and healthcare.
According to Emiliano Ciarletti, vice president and project manager, “While Corgan has been actively working at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport for some time, we are excited to be planting roots in the area and be part of the innovative architecture and design community here.”
Ciarletti, who leads the Bellevue office, anticipates growing the team from six to nine members this year. The office will focus on seeking projects across Corgan’s fields of expertise, including aviation, data centers, and education.
