Aaiji Group entity, Aaiji Infraspace (OPC) Pvt Ltd, has entered into a strategic joint venture with Infinity Infracon to develop residential and commercial projects in the activation area of Dholera Special Investment Region (SIR) at Gujarat. The joint venture aims to execute projects worth Rs. 200 crore in a phased manner according to a press release. Milan-based Studio Wok transformed a disused technical building at  QuadroDesign’s headquarters in northern Italy into a minimalist artist residency. The original cabin was retained, but its dimensions were unsuited to the proposed domestic functions. To address this, Studio Wok extended upwards into the existing roof space, which reaches a height of eight meters. “The internal space, narrow and developed in height, is not usual for a home – in fact, it was designed to accommodate other functions,” architect Nicola Brenna explained. A recent development in concrete 3D printing technology may pave the way for rebuilding houses destroyed in the Los Angeles fires. Pikus, in partnership with HOK, is utilizing this technology to create concrete seating for a stadium. The stadium benches are being printed off-site, demonstrating the technology’s maturity in handling large-scale projects. The first shipment of HOK-designed 3D concrete stadium seating components has been dispatched and will be installed by BrightView Landscapes’ Utah branch, Intermountain Plantings. London-based WOO Architects and structures specialist ES Global have revealed the latest design for the UK pavilion at the 2025 World Expo in Osaka, Japan. The pavilion’s theme, “Come Build the Future,” was the result of a competition launched in June 2023. The design features a fully dismantlable and relocatable modular system, making it easy to transport.
