Vivekanand Education Society’s College of Architecture (VESCOA), Mumbai, is now accepting applications for its Master of Architecture (M.Arch) programs in Urban Design and Landscape Architecture, as well as its Diploma programs in Architecture and Interior Design for the 2024-2025 academic year. Prospective architects and designers eager to enhance their skills and advance their careers are encouraged to join VESCOA’s vibrant academic community. The deadline for applications is September 10, 2024.
The two-year M.Arch programs at VESCOA offer a blend of theoretical knowledge and practical experience. The M.Arch in Urban Design emphasizes sustainable urban development, focusing on urban regeneration, public space creation, and sustainable infrastructure. Meanwhile, the M.Arch in Landscape Architecture delves into designing natural and built environments, combining ecological principles with artistic vision to improve outdoor spaces.
VESCOA also offers a three-year Diploma in Architecture and Interior Design, available in both full-time and part-time formats. These diplomas provide a comprehensive foundation in design principles, with opportunities for specialization in areas such as furniture design, computer graphic design, product design, and green interiors. Students benefit from hands-on project-based learning and mentorship from seasoned faculty members.
At VESCOA, “We focus on nurturing architects who combine technical expertise with innovative thinking. Our programs are crafted to push the boundaries of traditional architectural education, offering a forward-thinking curriculum that equips students to excel in a dynamic industry. This blend of rigorous theoretical grounding and hands-on experience makes our graduates highly sought after and ready to address the challenges and opportunities of modern architecture,” said Dr. Prof. Anand Achari, Principal, VES College of Architecture.
