Motif Interiors has completed a cutting-edge 11,000 square foot office fit-out for a prominent commodities trading company within Dubai’s iconic DMCC Uptown Tower. The sophisticated workspace seamlessly blends modern design with functional elegance.
The design, led by Segrex Development’s Maxim Kamnev and Alex Kiriyatskih, emphasizes a calm, ergonomic environment with bright accent elements. The result is a timeless and productive workspace reflecting the company’s international presence.
Upon entering the office, visitors are greeted by a minimalist reception area featuring natural wood textures and understated lighting, setting the tone for the entire office. Collaboration zones within the office encourage creativity and interaction, with curvilinear glass partitions creating semi-private spaces for informal meetings.
Mid-century modern-inspired furniture, including curved wooden chairs and modular sofas in light blue shades, adds a touch of style and comfort. Neutral flooring carpet tiles from Interface complement the overall aesthetic.
The conference room is designed with flexibility in mind, featuring foldable doors that allow the space to be easily reconfigured for different meeting sizes or purposes. Wood-panelled walls and neutral tones create a warm, professional setting, while circular ceiling lights ensure even, soft lighting.
Motif Interiors selected high-quality materials and finishes to meet both the aesthetic and functional needs of the client, including Sedus furniture, Acoulite lighting, and Interface carpets.
“The design concept centers around creating a timeless and ergonomic workspace,” explains Rita Estephan, COO, Motif Interiors. “Retro-futuristic elements add a dynamic touch, while natural textures and neutral tones ensure a calm atmosphere.”
