Coldefy and partners win International Competition to design Tirana’s Public Administration Hub, Albania

Coldefy, a French architecture firm, has secured victory in the international design competition for Albania’s Public Administration Cluster in Tirana, alongside partners Atelier 4, Sempervirens, and AEI Progetti. This ambitious 31,000-square-meter project will consolidate over 20 government institutions, streamlining administrative processes and enhancing public interaction and transparency.
