Aaiji Group entity, Aaiji Infraspace (OPC) Pvt Ltd, has entered into a strategic joint venture with Infinity Infracon to develop residential and commercial projects in the activation area of Dholera Special Investment Region (SIR) at Gujarat. The joint venture aims to execute projects worth Rs. 200 crore in a phased manner according to a press release.
The inaugural project, located in Kadipur Village, Dholera, involves developing a housing scheme on a 10,809 sq meter Non-Agricultural (NA) land. The project is expected to be completed within the next 2-3 years.
“Dholera SIR is not just a smart cityโit’s a blueprint for India’s future growth,” said Lalit Parihar, Managing Director, Aaiji Group. “This joint venture marks a significant milestone in our journey to shape Dholera into a thriving residential and commercial hub.”

Key growth drivers for Dholera include the Greenfield airport, the DMIC Corridor, and significant industrial investments. Upcoming infrastructure projects, such as the Ahmedabad-Dholera Expressway in 2025 and Gujarat’s first Vande Metro, will further enhance connectivity.
