Sunflower Industrial announced today that it has acquired a controlling interest in Desco Floor Systems, a leading commercial and industrial resinous polymer system and polished concrete installer.
Headquartered in Fortville, Indiana, Desco will continue to operate under the leadership of Lee Reasor and Mark Verry, who will also partner with Epoxy Coating Specialists (ECS), a Sunflower Industrial subsidiary based in Kansas City, Kansas.

With this acquisition, Sunflower Industrial expands its national offering, combining Desco’s expertise with ECS’ capabilities to serve local, regional, and national customers.
