The Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority (UPRERA) has cleared six new real estate projects across different regions of the state, including Ayodhya and Jhansi. The combined investment for these projects stands at ₹176.28 crore, which will lead to the construction of 501 new units, comprising residential flats and commercial shops.
These projects will come up in cities like Ayodhya, Lucknow, Noida, Jhansi, Prayagraj, and Moradabad, and will include high-rise apartments, villas, plots, shops, and other commercial spaces. The projects span across affordable and mid-income housing categories.
UPRERA Chairman Sanjay Bhoosreddy said, “UPRERA remains committed to fostering transparency, accountability, and structured growth in the real estate sector. Our stringent and transparent approval process ensures that only compliant projects move forward. The approval of these six projects is a reflection of the growing trust in the regulated real estate ecosystem of Uttar Pradesh.”
The approved projects are expected to give a new impetus to residential and commercial development across various regions of the state. Cities like Ayodhya and Jhansi, which are witnessing rapid urbanization, are becoming attractive destinations for developers and investors alike.
