Sky City, Borivali, an offering from Oberoi Realty, is a design created to evoke a sense of well-being. It is a 25 acres architectural revelation, with a retail destination and a hotel in the offing. It is envisioned to be the largest continuous amenity space in Mumbai with all possible amenities, with a central open space that is equivalent to a stadium. An amalgamation of trends from across the globe combined with the tranquillity of nature, the site is based in one of the greenest neighbourhoods of Mumbai.
Miles ahead in its architectural and design innovation, every facet of this project is a fine balance of aesthetics and performance. With only 10% of the site being used for the residential units, Sky City boasts of a vast experience of varied open spaces, adding to the luxury quotient of the high-end society that would reside there.
The Sky City wins big time in terms of connectivity, as it is in close proximity to the local railway station as well as the metro, with a new proposed station to come up adjacent to it.
Eco-id Architects Pte. Limited, Singapore, established in 1996 by architects Sim Boon Yang and Calvin Sim, have partnered with Oberoi Realty for the designing of Sky City, and Larsen & Toubro is the construction partner.
Of the total sales booking achieved in the quarter ended December, Oberoi Realty sold about 619 units of Sky City on the very first day of its launch.
