Apex real estate industry body of India announced ‘Change Of Guard’ as Dr. Niranjan Hiranandani (CMD, Hiranandani Communities) handed over to the newly elected President, NAREDCO West, Neel Raheja (Group President, K Raheja Corp Pvt Ltd) amidst presence of luminaries from across Banking & Finance, Legal and realty sectors at the Real Estate and Infrastructure Investors’ Summit 2017 in Mumbai. The occasion was also graced by the Chief Minister of Maharashtra Shri Devendra Fadnavis.
Commenting on the occasion, Neel Raheja, newly elected NAREDCO West President, said “NAREDCO West has always been at the forefront of addressing issues faced by the industry. It is with a sense of pride and humility that I accept this August position and assure my fellow industry members that in keeping with the theme of 2017 we will strive to ensure that the ease of doing business in India quotient takes a significant leap forward. We also endeavor to work closely with the Government for enhanced development of the sector”.
