Real Estate company M3M India has recently signed a deal with US-based international conglomerate ‘The Trump Organisation’ to build twin towers in Gurgaon. The ‘Trump Tower’ will comprise of 180 units with average per apartment cost of INR 10 crore. The twin towers will come up at Golf Course extension road and will be tallest in central Gurgaon. The Trump project will likely be completed in next five years and will be a residential tower.
“We have signed a brand license agreement with Trump Organisation for Trump branded twin towers in Gurgaon. The company is likely to launch Trump tower by November-end this year and Donald John Trump Jr is likely to visit India at that time,” said Pankaj Bansal, Director M3M Group.
He also said that the group is excited to launch the super-premium ultra luxurious project in Gurgaon and the company will engage renowned architects and construction companies to develop this project as we did in our earlier projects.
