Godrej Properties Ltd. has reported sales worth over ₹2,000 crore in the first phase of its Barca @ Godrej MSR City project in Devanahalli, North Bengaluru. Launched in April 2025, this project has seen significant demand due to its strategic location, proximity to Kempegowda International Airport, upcoming metro stations, and major roads like NH-44 and the six-lane Bellary Road.
The project boasts expansive green zones, sunlit terraces, and a 1.5 lakh square feet clubhouse, offering designed spaces for leisure, wellness, work, and community connection. With a developable potential of 5.6 million square feet, Godrej Properties plans to sell the remaining inventory in the coming years.
Godrej Properties recently acquired a 16-acre land in Pune’s Upper Kharadi locality, with an estimated revenue potential of ₹3,100 crore. The company aims to develop premium group housing and high-street retail in this project.
