AXOR Launches Its Anniversary Product Collection with AXOR MyEdition

AXOR recently launched its anniversary product collection – AXOR MyEdition – in India, a result of the most recent collaboration with Stuttgart-based Phoenix Design.

‘Setting oneself apart from the masses. Gratifying the need for uniqueness. Striking out in a new direction.’ This is the mission statement of AXOR MyEdition. It has a sleek design with a customisable concept to bring uniqueness. Its spray is also innovative: PowderRain – a sensuous experience on the skin – featured for the first time in a tap. The collection comprises nine products for washbasins, bidets and bathtubs.

Design: Linear, Monolithic, Architectural

The clean, linear design creates a large stage for personal expression and creativity. The taps consist of two product parts: body and plate. Available in two standard finishes – chrome with mirrored glass and chrome with black glass – the taps can also be tailor-made for personal preferences, allowing the customer to combine 15 AXOR FinishPlus PVD surface finishes with a selection of exclusive AXOR Signature materials such as metal, wood, glass, marble and leather. With more than 225 design choices, the AXOR MyEdition caters to the megatrend, personalisation. “Making a personal statement through customised interiors is the essence of luxury. With the AXOR MyEdition collection, we have set the stage for personal creativity – colours, materials and patterns create the point of departure for a unique and personalised tap,” Andreas Diefenbach of Phoenix Design says.

Manufactured using the most sophisticated technologies available, these brilliant finishes, from ‘Polished Gold Optic’ to ‘Brushed Black Chrome’ are all extremely robust and durable. From bespoke pieces to large-scale quantities, taps and accessories with AXOR FinishPlus surfaces all reflect personality and character. Each colour is the result of a process of intensive development and finishing in PVD vacuum chambers. PowderRain – Water Designed to Perfection

With the innovative PowderRain spray type, already introduced to the AXOR Showers, it provides the new collection with a silky, soft moistening of the skin. Featured for the first time in a collection of taps, PowderRain has already fascinated visitors in AXOR showers with its delicate feel and soothing acoustics: nearly noiseless, the droplets caress and moisten the skin without bouncing off; enveloping the user in a cocoon of water.
