
Hungarian company Graphisoft Budapest in association with Indian company Rudrabhishek Infosystem Pvt. Ltd launched their designing software ARHICAD 21 in India on July 26, 2017 at India Habitat Centre. The BIM (Building Information Modelling) based software is launched worldwide for the AEC industry professionals.
ARCHICAD 21, a Building Information Modelling (BIM) software application is used by architects, designers, engineers and builders to professionally design, document and collaborate on building projects.
According to the press release, it comes with Stair Tool, Railing Tools which make the design more authentic and real. It includes a flexible way to classify elements and spaces for better support of national or company standards and for interoperability between project stakeholders. It also has a feature of Pro-Visualization based on MAXON’s Cinema 4D v18 rendering engine which offers architects high quality, photo-realistic rendering in the BIM context. The latest version introduces Light Mapping and Secondary GI methods for more realistic and fast rendering.
It offers creative work and design documentation of a project in 7D environment with the help of which, one can find the potential flaws and weaknesses in the design before construction. The dimensions like time, cost, environmental impact and facility management can be set at the stage of designing and planning itself. It makes documentation and changes in design easy. And Cloud based collaboration lets the user work on any network, hardware or software configuration connecting teams and projects of any size or setup.

RIPL has the marketing and distribution rights of ARCHICAD for Northern, Eastern and N-E India, viz., Uttar Pradesh, Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu Kashmir, Uttrakhand, Bihar, Odisha, West Bengal, Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh, Union Territories of Chandigarh, National Capital Territory of Delhi and NE states.
